I have been pre and post natal trained since 2017 and have had the pleasure of training many mums and mums-to-be. I can help prepare you for a healthy pregnancy and labour, and once baby is born, get you back to feeling fitter and stronger than before (which is always beneficial when you’re a parent!).

There is a lot to think about during all stages of pregnancy and post natal, and being able to perform exercises in a safe and controlled way is where I come in. From the get-go, with your first, second and third trimester, we have to be thinking about not only your health but also your growing baby. Your body will go though many changes, which can be physically and mentally challenging

I am here to help with:

Advice for nutrition: Important to keep your energy levels boosted and for your baby to be as healthy as possible.

Focus on pelvic floor: This will benefit you hugely and can help you begin good habits, so they become a routine both in the lead-up to, and after, childbirth.

Strength training: for strong muscles and healthy bones to help relieve back pain and other issues you may come across.

Making it fun: exercise is to be enjoyed and leave you happy and full of endorphins - your baby will benefit from this too!
